With South facing 10 feet tall windows pouring in with natural light, the studio allows you to make gorgeous images throughout the entire day. The space is a blank canvas for you to inspire, envision and create! Built in 2017 with the goal to allow the focus on the art of making images be on the relationships, human connections with a calm interior to enhance portraiture.

What to know.
The space is yours to use, feel free to set up and move furniture as needed. Be Careful not to scratch the floors.
We ask that you return it to it’s original set when you leave.
Please leave all used linens [including wraps, blankets and onesies] in the laundry basket at the bottom of the stairs and please sweep up after your clients leave with the provided broom.
You will be given a key code via email/text that is just for you and will expire after your session.
The remote for the temperature is located on the shelves with the blankets. It is set between 68-72 degrees depending on the time of the year +, you can adjust as needed. In the summer time it is often turned off, but the A/C can be turned on.
Try to avoid any dark drinks near the furniture and linens.
Please let your clients know there is no access to a bathroom, as it is inside our home, there are coffeeshops down the street at Stella’s and Nixons.
There is a HEPA air purifier running to help keep the air and surfaces as clean as possible.
There is an Alexa device for you to request music or a hook up your phone via bluetooth to enjoy some tunes during your session.

MEET THE OWNER
Talia Kite has been a newborn + family photographer for over 15 years and has dreamed of having her own creative space.
When she and her husband purchased their home in Denver shortly after their first little one was born, they began construction almost immediately to make this dream a reality. They wanted to build a space where families felt like they were stepping into a warm, clean, calm environment that photographed beautifully at every angle.
In 2021 they decided to open it up to other photographers in hopes that they can build stunning galleries for their clients and share in the beauty that is The Photo Loft!
The Photo Loft is available for booking by the hour. You are able to set up recurring appointments to suit your needs. Discounted packages and membership available.
Weekdays: $70 / Hour
Weekends: $85 / Hour

LOCATION
We are conveniently located in Platt Park off I-25 + Downing. The exact address will be given once booked!
How do I book?
Sign up at the bottom of this page, and select your date and times. There is a 1 hour minimum per booking. We also offer packages and memberships to save on weekend rates.
How do we enter the studio?
Once you have signed up for a membership or package you will receive the keycode for access and all other information to enter the space!
How many sessions can take place at once?
For your privacy and convenience, there will only be one photographer permitted at a time.
Do we have time for set up and tear down?
Of course! Please build that time into your rental space, as we often have back to back bookings.

FAQ
Where do we park?
We have 2 parking spots for you and your client, if you have overlapping sessions, we suggest you as the photographer park down the street, to give priority spots to your clients.
Can I bring pets?
We prefer no pets in the studio, mostly due to having newborns in the space and trying to keep it as clean as possible. Feel free to email with requests and can be decided on a case by case basis!
Do you have a bathroom or space for hair and makeup?
At this time we do not have a bathroom, but there are coffeeshops down the street for use.
Do you do Styled Shoots or can we create our own?
Every now and then we will have styled shoots that you can sign up for! Of course you can always set up your own, please reach out if there is something specific you may need for the space!
Do you have lighting equipment?
We have tons of natural light, if you are wanting to do studio lighting, please feel free to bring them along! Can’t wait to see how you use studio lighting in the studio!
